Most of Jack’s career is spent at a piano or keyboard. A skilled and reliable sight-reader, Jack often works as an audition and rehearsal pianist, as well as an accompanist for concerts, exams and masterclasses, in addition to keys playing for theatre.
As an audition pianist, Jack enjoys working alongside casting directors and production teams playing for show auditions, as well as openings for artist management agencies in London.
He also regularly plays for show rehearsals: previously for School of Rock (Gillian Lynne Theatre) and The Boy Friend (Princess of Wales Theatre, Toronto). Jack also has experience as a répétiteur for Opera Holloway, and as a ballet pianist, specifically for RAD syllabus classes and exams.
With vast experience of ABRSM, Trinity, LCM and RSL, Jack is also the first port of call for many seeking a piano accompanist for music exams.
Over the years, Jack has formed many ongoing relationships with performers in need of some last-minute help before an audition, or just wanting to brush up on their repertoire. Jack is always happy to assist at short notice and can record songs remotely, even providing transcriptions of otherwise unavailable repertoire. Click here for more information.
Jack is equipped to record high-quality professional piano and keyboard tracks from his home studio, often collaborating remotely with composers and producers.
